Rest assured that we are following all governmental guidelines with regards to COVID-19 safety for essential services.  Anything specific you want to see at your site?  Just let us know.

At Midosa, safety is our utmost concern.  We meet or exceed all industry safety standards through intensive training and memberships with ISNET and PEC.  After completing their mandatory Fit for Duty Evaluation, Respirator Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol Testing, our new hires go through our comprehensive orientation programs and receive continuous training in the field.

Orientation:

Our extensive orientation process encompasses familiarization with our organization and ensures that our employees are competent to safely fulfill their job responsibilities and recognize their rights and roles in relation to workplace safety.

Drug and Alcohol Program:

All employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test. We also conduct Reasonable Cause Testing, Customer Required Testing, and Random Testing.

Customer Specific Training:

We provide PEC Certification and Client Specific Orientation as required.

Training:

In addition to the standard oilfield tickets (GHS, PEC/Safeland, First Aid/CPR, and H2S), we provide training in the following areas:

  • Driver/operator evaluations at time of hire

  • Completion of field and shop level hazard assessments

  • Adherence to DOT requirements including hours of service, vehicle inspection/pre-trips, logbooks, and weights/dimensions/load securement.

  • Attending and documenting in-field and in-shop safety meetings

  • Training field & in-house task observations

  • Specialized safety training
